Queensland Printed Fabrics (QPF) is a specialty provider of full-service cutting, sublimation, make, and trim manufacturing for a wide variety of local textile brands.
Using the latest technologies, we work with businesses to improve margins by providing full private label production from start to finish. We offer flexible, low minimum order quantities and quick turnaround times, with high visibility for our customers throughout the process.
We have more than 13 years’ experience in maintaining the highest quality standards throughout our manufacturing plant, and we take great pride in creating a safe and enjoyable work environment for our team in Banyo, Brisbane. Our Services
Print Dye Sublimation
QPF uses print dye sublimation, which allows us to print your designs anywhere on your textiles, exactly to your colour standards. This technique embeds images into the fabric instead of on top of the fabric, ensuring the print will maintain its quality without peeling, cracking or fading, and the colours will stay bright and resilient for much longer. Dye sublimation also uses no water and produces very little waste.
We use seven large-format Rowland DG printers for all of our sublimation printing. These top-of-the-line printers are known for their superior performance and reliability, with high definition output and fast drying times – allowing us to offer a quick turnaround on your products without compromising on quality.
Sublimation Pressing
Our sublimation service allows you to customise a wide range of fabrics quickly, easily and cost-effectively. We offer both panel placement and roll-to-roll printing on our two Monti Antonio sublimation presses, which are capable of producing up to 1,000 panel placement units per day on a two-shift system.
Our press team is highly skilled at spotting imperfections in printed panels and rolls. This means that re-cuts can be done in the most efficient and cost-effective manner at the initial stages of production.
Cutting
Our cutting room uses the latest industrial Gerber tension-free automatic material spreading machines along with two Pathfinder cutting machines, offering computerised fabric and textile cutting at widths of up to 1800mm. These machines are operated by a highly experienced team that can skillfully and accurately cut your textiles to specification.
Sewing / Garment Assembly
QPF can bring your designs to life and optimise your current supply chain with our professional CMT (Cut, Make and Trim) service. Using our customers’ own patterns, fabrics and trims, our creative production team have expertise in all types of garment assembly – including fashion, uniforms, sportswear and even dog rashies.
Our team is skilled at using a large variety of specialty sewing equipment, including overlock, plain sew, coverseam, flatlock, bartack, buttonhole and button sewing machines.
Quality Control
We take pride in our quality standards, with every order going through a strict 100% quality control process. Our dedicated QC team is highly experienced and efficient at spotting even the smallest of errors in finished garments and textiles.

01. You supply the digital graphics in PDF or AI format
02. We produce a first strike-off for your approval
03. Once approved, we begin the printing process
04. After printing, textiles are scheduled for the press process
05. If cutting is required, you supply the fabric and StyleCAD files with your digitised patterns
06. We assemble your cut garments to specification
07. If you are assembling your own garments, your cut textiles are bundled in size ready for pick-up
08. We QC your garments and fold, bag and box them ready for pick-up
